New role, clear focus
As of January 1, 2026, we have created a new position: Director Strategic Sales & Partnerships. Michael Oliver Budzowski has taken on this role and is now responsible for the expansion of scalable sales and partner models as well as the development of long-term customer relationships. His focus is on medium-sized companies and high-growth start-ups.
Our goal is to establish recruiting more strongly as a controllable growth and transformation lever. Not an individual service that you book once and then tick off. A genuine partnership that combines strategy, implementation and performance management.
Why this step?
Many companies in the SME sector struggle with the same challenges: Recruiting costs too much time, ties up too many resources and often remains inefficient. Michael brings with him more than twelve years of experience in consulting, HR consulting, strategic sales and business development. In his new role, he will further sharpen our market position, systematically expand partnerships and structure growth initiatives for new markets. At the same time, he will support the expansion of our regional presence in Germany and Europe.
