The aim was to fill a wide range of positions in the white, grey and blue collar sectors and to improve the candidate experience.

Over a period of more than 3.5 years, all Germany-wide positions were managed remotely and on site in interim recruiting for our client. By taking over or supporting the holistic recruiting process and, if necessary, using targeted active sourcing, positions were filled in relevant areas of the company.

For clients who want to fill positions in different areas, a well-structured recruiting process and close contact with candidates and hiring managers are required.

Our solution approach
